Unprocessed Orders

  • You may cancel your order anytime before it has been processed for dispatch.

  • Once your cancellation is confirmed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Processed or Shipped Orders

  • If your order has already been processed or shipped, it may not be eligible for cancellation.
  • In such cases, please refer to our [Return & Refund Policy] for guidance on handling incorrect or damaged items.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders refused at the time of delivery may result in restrictions on future purchases.

Custom or Bulk Orders

  • For custom-packaged or bulk orders, cancellation is only allowed within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • After this period, cancellations will not be accepted due to the personalized nature of the product and preparation involved.

Important Notes

  • T2T.store reserves the right to cancel any order due to product availability, pricing errors, or quality control issues. If this occurs, you will be notified immediately and refunded in full.
