  • Once the payment is successful, you will receive a confirmation notification with your order details.

Partial Payment Policy

1. Overview

This section explains our policy on partial (advance) payments for high-volume or customized orders.

2. Non-Refundable Deposits

A partial payment is non-refundable under the following conditions:

  • If the order has been processed and is already in transit.
  • If the package is refused by the customer upon delivery.

3. Payment Terms

  • A deposit must be paid at checkout or order confirmation.
  • The remaining balance must be cleared before shipment.
  • Once dispatched, no part of the partial payment will be refunded.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • If the order is canceled before shipping, a refund of the deposit is subject to management discretion.
  • Once the product is shipped, the deposit is strictly non-refundable.

5. Customer Responsibility

  • Customers must provide an accurate delivery address and be available to receive the package.
  • Refusal to accept delivery does not qualify for a deposit refund.
