Partial Payment Policy

2. Non-Refundable Deposits
A partial payment is non-refundable under the following conditions:
- If the order has been processed and is already in transit.
- If the package is refused by the customer upon delivery.
3. Payment Terms
- A deposit must be paid at checkout or order confirmation.
- The remaining balance must be cleared before shipment.
- Once dispatched, no part of the partial payment will be refunded.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
- If the order is canceled before shipping, a refund of the deposit is subject to management discretion.
- Once the product is shipped, the deposit is strictly non-refundable.
5. Customer Responsibility
- Customers must provide an accurate delivery address and be available to receive the package.
- Refusal to accept delivery does not qualify for a deposit refund.
